Our service technicians are manufacturer trained, able to call on our customers for preventative maintenance and repair calls. All our technicians carry an extensive stock of spare parts and toner cartridges enabling a very high first time fix rate.

Whilst total commitment is given by providing exactly the right machine for the desired application, after care service is a major part of our success and we only sell a business machine if we are able to support that product giving all of our customers peace of mind.

For over 20 years Copycare has operated scheduled quarterly preventative maintenance as standard. Our service system automatically generates a service call each quarter and an engineer visits your office to carry out a full service.
